Delivery Within Ukraine
Orders within Ukraine are delivered by Nova Poshta. Delivery costs are paid by the Buyer in accordance with the carrier’s rates and the terms specified during checkout.
During the period of martial law, orders are handed over to the carrier within 2–4 business days after payment has been received.
The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1–2 business days and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier’s operating schedule and circumstances affecting transportation.
Shipments are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 15:00 are dispatched starting from Monday.
Each shipment is sent with a declared value corresponding to the full value of the Goods.
After dispatch, the Buyer receives a consignment note number to track the parcel on the Nova Poshta website or in its app.
International Delivery
International delivery is handled by Nova Post to the countries available for selection during checkout, excluding the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
Orders are handed over to the carrier within 3–4 business days after payment has been received. Shipments are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
The estimated international delivery time is 10–12 business days and may vary depending on the destination country, the carrier’s operating schedule, customs clearance and other external circumstances.
The international delivery fee is equivalent to €50 in the payment currency. The final amount is displayed during checkout before payment is confirmed. Delivery is paid for together with the Goods.
Please note that the total order price may not include import taxes, VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where such charges are required under the laws of the importing country and the applicable delivery terms, they are payable by the Buyer.
After dispatch, the Buyer receives a tracking number for the parcel.
Important Information
The delivery times stated above are estimates. If delays occur, we will assist the Buyer in obtaining up-to-date information about the shipment.
The Buyer’s rights in the event of delivery delays or the loss of or damage to the Goods are determined by the laws of Ukraine and other mandatory legal provisions, where applicable.

Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard bank cards.
All orders must be paid for in full in advance. Payment upon delivery and cash on delivery are not available.
Payment Methods
Payments are made online through a secure payment page.
If your payment is unsuccessful or you do not receive a confirmation, we recommend contacting the bank that issued your card.
Available payment methods, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, are displayed directly on the payment page.
Payment Currency
Prices on the Website are set in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). For the convenience of Buyers, indicative equivalents in US dollars (USD) and euros (EUR) may also be displayed.
The final amount and payment currency are shown before payment is confirmed, in accordance with the available payment methods and the requirements of Ukrainian law.
If the currency of your card account differs from the payment currency, your bank or payment system may convert the amount at its own exchange rate and apply an additional fee.
Payment Confirmation
After successful payment, the Buyer is provided with a payment document in paper or electronic form, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
